Sibylle is currently heading up Digital4Clariant, Digital4Clariant has currently three levers. Cross-functional and collaborative teams develop new business models and enhance customer experience with digital products and services. Other teams improve business decisions via data science at scale which includes tools but also re- and upskilling of employees. The third lever is about the Clariant operating model and involves digitizing operations for quality, efficiency, and cost across Clariant.
