Alexander Wenk

Studied International Logistics Management at FHNW University, Switzerland and graduated with distinction at University of Buckingham in Lean Management. Before joining EyeOn, Alexander has gained a broad range of executive leadership experience in various SCM areas in several industries for 20 years. His field of special expertise is the development of planning and order fulfilment processes, order execution strategies with focus on demand management by balancing capacities and ensuring flow throughout an organization. Additionally, Alexander is a certified expert in International Trade Management and has multiple years of experience in developing and implementing market access and distribution strategies worldwide. As a consultant at EyeOn in the “Process Industry Business Team”, serving the chemical-, feed-, food ingredients- and packaging industry, he supports corporations in SCM improvement initiatives, ranging from E2E Transformations, Network Optimizations and the full spectrum of Demand Planning and Order Fulfilment enhancements.
