Holger Ruckdaeschel is Head of Digital Innovation at BASF’s Performance Materials division. After his PhD in Material Science, he joined BASF and worked in several senior positions related to R&D, technology and digitalization over the last 10+ years. Jens-Mario has been developing and implementing a blockchain solution within its logistic organization providing more transparency on product shipments to his organization and clients. In order to successfully implement he had to overcome some obstacles and support the organization in having a shift of mindset in terms of project realization from conventional to agile.
