Annette Holliday

Annette Holliday is the Senior Supply Planning Leader for Coatings EMEA for Dow. As the Supply Planning Leader, Holliday is responsible for raw material, scheduling and production planning at seven plants in Europe and South Africa, plus warehouses in Belgium and South Africa. In her role, Holliday has accountability for balancing demand from the customer with production capacity at the plants and optimizing the inventory to satisfy customer and business needs. She joined Dow in February 2019, moving to the Netherlands from Cheltenham in the UK. Holliday has held many Supply Chain roles over 25 years, including project management of numerous system and process implementations / optimisations in Asia and Europe, plus a number of consultancy/interim roles. She has worked in many industries – B2B and B2C, distribution and retail. Holliday also ran her own start up business in Oxfordshire where she was accountable for P & L, safety, customer service, HR and product management. She started her career in automotive in a Japanese organization closely adopting Lean principles / methodologies. She has continued the Lean outlook throughout her career, gaining certification in Lean at Cardiff University, UK. She is the Co-Chair of DEN Benelux and champions inclusion and diversity at Dow Holliday holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, UK.
