Arvind Ambo

Arvind has over 18 yrs work-experience in roles encompassing Corporate Sales, Business Development, Corporate strategy & Organization development in the services sector. He has spent the last 13 years in the logistics industry with a multi-faceted exposure to multi-modal freight solutions, inventory management solutions and outsourcing models. Arvind is an Indian national, who has spent nearly 6 years with the Maersk group, initially with the IMEA region where he was leading the chemical vertical for the South Asia area. In early 2022 he moved to the Maersk headquarters in Copenhagen, along with his wife and 2 daughters, where he took over the responsibility of the Global Vertical Excellence Manager of the Chemical and Energy vertical. In this current role, Arvind works with key stakeholders in the industry and the sub verticals of the greater chemical industry, to identify key focus areas and parts of the industry that fit best into Maersk’s Integrator service model. The objective is to then devise value propositions that will enable these customers to serve their customer’s better. Arvind is an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Indian School of Business and the Haas Business School, UC Berkeley
