Florian is responsible for identifying trends and implementing Supply Chain innovations. Collaborations with customers, external research bodies such as the MIT as well as start-ups globally are key to BASF SC innovation activities. Florian is leading a project that focusses on improving the experience of BASF customers through the deployment of a tool that gives customers an almost amazon-like experience:  Linking track and trace logistics visibility, document access as well as the possibility for the customer to provide direct feedback about BASF performance through various channels (App, web, direct system link).
