Fabrice is Head of Portfolio Strategy WCI for Merck Life Science. Leveraging his Supply Chain background, he progressively oriented his career towards end-to end value chain challenges, mixing process enhancement, usage of new technologies and big data. He is currently based in Molsheim, France, where he is responsible for driving Portfolio strategy programs to optimize profitability performance and cash outputs on related end-to-end global processes.
