Kate Pellegrina

Kate established Croda’s Supply Chain Transformation Programme in early 2019. Winner of Britain’s most admired chemical company for the last 3 years, Croda is a global supplier of speciality chemicals with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation.

The Supply Chain transformation is looking at using data, global process and digital technologies to drive an improved customer experience. Operating as one global team, and driving sustainability are key themes running through the programme.

Kate has a background in driving value from data having previously been Croda’s head of Data Analytics and was responsible for establishing globally consistent finance reporting in her original role as Croda Europe’s Director of Management Accounting. As Supply Chain Programme director she has a global remit working closely with the Supply Chain teams from all regions.
