Lena is a Supply Chain Transformation leader and an international expert in Supply Chain excellence in Air Liquide Gas company. She has more than 15 years professional experience in implementing and changing global Supply Chain management and IT processes through strategic & tactical international projects. Today, Lena is leading Supply chain 4.0 projects including Digitalization of assets and in parallel, she is developing Air Liquide Logistics Performance community of practices.

As a board member of non-profit French Association of Supply Chain Management, she is continuously aware of best-in-class concepts and actively contributes to their diffusion. Lena is a graduate of Chemical Engineering Degree (ESPCI Paris, France) and postgraduate in Process Engineering (Paris University, France). She is also certified from ISCEA (Certified Supply Chain analyst & Certified Demand Driven Leader).
