Marina Karataeva

Marina is the Head of EMEA Customer Service at LANXESS and is responsible to oversee all day-to-day customer service activities and related transactions for multiple business units within the region. Within her assignment, Marina coordinates directly with global IBP teams to resolve product availability, service, and customers’ logistics requirements related issues as necessary (particularly regarding specifics in the region) to ensure the highest customer satisfaction. With 10 years of progressive experience in the chemical industry Marina’s focus is on providing guidance and alignment on executing essential business targets - service, cost, and profitability. Marina’s role is also accountable to staff the organization with a team of highly capable customer service professionals, support integration of new systems and new business, as well as to recommend process improvements on a continual basis.
