Michael Hollands

Mike Hollands is the Head of Global Supply and Operations for Syngenta Crop Protection. He is based in Switzerland where he is responsible for leading global logistics and planning as well as the supply chain management teams, the quality function and the operations for the formulation, fill and pack of Syngenta’s technologies. As the Covid-19 pandemic swept worldwide in 2020, Mike formed and led the company’s Global Emergency Management Team which oversaw a business continuity and risk management process to manage the situation and safeguard the health of colleagues and community. Mike’s recent focus is on further strengthening the processes, people and digital platforms behind a resilient supply chain system so it can withstand extreme shocks.
