Michael Van Veghel

Michael van Veghel is the Global Process Integration & Improve Manager in ExxonMobil’s Chemical Supply Chain organization. In this role he supervises a team of experts who are managing and improving many aspects of their end-to-end Supply Chain (OTC, S&OP and L&D). The portfolio of his team varies from Supply Chain Analytics to Cyber Security, from Controls & Audit to the management and implementation support of several SaaS applications. His team also consist of several experts who are managing several regional and global Supply Chain improvement projects. He was named to his current position in February 2020. Prior to his current role he has been working as a senior advisor and project manager for different projects related to the optimization of the Chemicals Supply Chain organization, the relevant processes and systems landscape. Prior to that also various supervisory and management roles in Customer Service and Logistics & Distribution. Since joining ExxonMobil in 1995, Michael held various domestic and international assignments in Sales, Customer Service and Logistics & Distribution. All of them in Chemicals.
