Mirko Schnitzler

Mirko Schnitzler is an entrepreneurial senior executive with 20+ years experience in chemical and ingredient manufacturing and distribution businesses. He has a strong track record in strategically repositioning companies towards profitable growth and executing this strategy together with global teams until results are delivered and anchored in the organization. He has experience in public, private equity and family-owned companies in mostly supply chain or commercially focused roles. As the managing director of Rebelz Consulting, he used the last years to gain a deep understanding of digital transformations in the chemical industry. He currently serves on the board of two family companies, namely De Beer Group, headquartered in The Netherlands and Klinger Group, headquartered in Austria. Mirko Schnitzler holds an engineering degree from the University of Twente and has additional graduate business qualifications from Queen’s University and London Business School.
