Prior to SAP, she spent over a decade in customer‑facing roles across the specialty chemicals and plastics sectors, working in application development and technical marketing. With deep experience in collaboration across industry partners, she brings a practical perspective on how digital ecosystems can accelerate resilience and innovation in chemical supply chains. Muriel holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Heidelberg.
