Olivier is responsible for making the company more data-driven. His team provides strategic direction as well as operational support on various data-related initiatives to increase the adoption of analytics across the organisation, with the purpose to make better decisions. 

Olivier initiated a data governance programme involving the definition and installation of different roles, such as Data Owners, Data Stewards and Data Custodians. The plan helped sensitise the organisation about the necessity to regard data as true assets.
