Pierre Chorand

Heading up a global supply chain, leading a team of 200 professionals in North America, Europe and Asia. He focuses on leading cross functional teams in a multi-cultural environment, leading complex projects that require intense change management, including those related to mergers and acquisitions and subsequent organizational transformation as well as building teams and development of organization capabilities across the end to end supply chain functions.

Pierre has led the development of a SC vision and strategy aligned with corporate and specific BU strategies, including the Transform 2020 program; the design  and build of a new organization, moving away from the legacy model inherited from Dow Chemicals in place since 2010 and freeing up cash by reducing working capital by more than 20%.
