Sofie Wallyn

Sofie Wallyn is Global Logistics Director at IFF with a strong background in leading end-to-end global supply chain and logistics operations. WIth extensive experience in the chemical industry, she combines managing complex, regulated supply chains with a continuous focus on operational excellence, compliance and sustainability. As a board member of Women in Logistics, Sofie actively champions diversity, equity and inclusion, advocating for greater gender balance and inclusive leadership accross the industry. Through mentoring, community engagement and DEI initiatives, she works to attract, develop and retain diverse talent helping build safer, more equitable and future-ready supply chains.
