I am an experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain management and digital strategy. Currently, I am serving as the Head of Digital Supply Chain Strategy & Execution at MSD, where I lead a team in creating a self-healing, digitally driven supply chain. Our goal is to optimize end-to-end operations and ensure seamless delivery of products to over 500 million patients worldwide. With a footprint spanning 17 plants, 100+ contract manufacturing organizations, and 47 distribution centers, we are focused on leveraging technology and human expertise to achieve operational excellence. In my previous role as Head of Customer Integration at Merck, I spearheaded the Global Digital Trade Channel program, overseeing the digital transformation of our business dealings with customers worldwide. I strategized, designed, and implemented various capabilities, including customer service redesign, B2B self-service platforms, and e-commerce interfaces. Through agile methodologies and customer segmentation strategies, I successfully optimized customer experience and enhanced efficiency in our trade processes. Aside from my corporate responsibilities, I am also an angel investor and co-founder of Carhood Mobility S.L., a little contribution to transition to a greener mobility. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in agile methodologies, financial planning, digital strategy, business-to-business (B2B) operations, customer service, and startup management.
