Edwin is a well experienced executive searcher, not only a 'head-hunter' but also a 'heart hunter', for logistics, supply chain and manufacturing professionals. He is the founder of Inspired-Search, a boutique search company with a strong combination of industry knowledge, executive search experience and leadership development skills. Over the last years the company has been successful and expanded with Inspired-Careers (Young Professionals & High Potentials), Inspired-Professionals for (senior) interim management assignments and Inspired-Talent, a  management trainee group. Also Inspired-Search expanded the European scope into Asia with an own office in Singapore and is active in Latin America.
