I started my career at forwarding company UPS (Fritz companies) and worked as a forwarding agent for 3 years. In 1998 I was asked to start a position in Customer Service at DuPont de Nemours (Belgium) BVBA. I learned about order management, supply chain and logistics processes and supported the team as SAP key user. With this experience I started my first role as a Customer Service Team Leader and I had the opportunity to be part of the core team in a DuPont acquisition project. I became Demand Planner for the business DuPont acquired. In 2006 I was asked to relocate to Geneva for the role of Customer Service Manager in another business unit, while holding responsibilities in Supply Chain Optimization and Business Transformation Projects, with focus on Differential Management. During that time, I became European Customer Service Managers Network Leader and core team member of the One DuPont Customer Service Transformation Project. In 2010 I was transferred to Luxembourg to lead a bigger team of CSR’s based in different locations. I became the Project Leader of the Customer Service Transformation Projects in EMEA and successfully centralized the CSR team, while implementing a new operating model, including digital tools to support order automation. In 2016 I became Regional Customer Service and Sales Ops Manager. Currently I am reporting into the Global Customer Service & Sales Ops team, leading EMEA customer service in different locations and enabling global business processes. We are on a journey to further drive automation while continuing bringing value to our customers.
