Justin Lanyon

Global Director of Supply Chain Arkema

Justin stated his career with DuPont in 2002. During his 14 years with DuPont/Chemours he held varying roles of increasing responsibility across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and process technology. During his time with DuPont/Chemours, Justin lived and worked across AMAS and APAC living in Wilmington DE, Mumbai, India and Changshu, China. In 2016 Justin opted to join Valspar/Sherwin Williams and held plant manager positions in Los Angeles, CA and Bowing Green, KY. In 2019, Justin took on the Global Director of Manufacturing for Arkema for the Sartomer Business Unit; managing plants and capital projects/expansion in AMAS, France and China. In 2021, Justin was tasked with new role in Arkema – Sartomer; being both the Business Line Director for the Sartomer Global Photoinitator business as well as serving as the Global Marketing Director for Sartomer. Always moving an taking on new challenges Justin was appointed the Global Supply Chain Director for the Arkema Coating Solutions Segment (made up of 3 Bus; Coating Resins, Sartomer and COATEX). Justin overseas all aspects of the end-to-end supply chain across 29 plants, 3000 products, and ~2 Billion Euro of annual turnover. Justin holds BS in Chemical Engineering (Widener University, USA), a MBA in International Business Management (Drexel University, USA) as well as pursing Executive education degrees at both the Wharton School for Business and INSEAD University. Justin lives with his wife and daughter in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA USA.
