I started my career at DuPont de Nemours (Belgium) BVBA in 1994 into the customer services group. During 6 years, I learned to service the entire EMEA region and automated the processes in-use at that time. I then worked on the centralization of our after- sales department that supported our 10-year warranty programs. In 2002, I moved to supply chain, as the EMEA Regional Supply Chain Leader and finished the APICS CPIM certification. Shortly after, we started to group the customer services and after-sales department under the supply chain group, to increase further our efficiency. We introduced differential business management, automated our processes and strengthened the capabilities within our organization. In August of 2013, I moved to the Global Supply Chain manager’s position, to work further on the optimization of our supply chain processes. Since 2017, I was asked to build and lead a global centralized customer service organization for one for the Dupont businesses. We are currently on a journey to become an even more customer minded organization and to continue to give that exceptional experiences to our customers.
