Louise heads up EMEA Supply Chain activities, focusing on Customer Service and Logistics, for Solvay. She is currently based in the UK, with teams positioned across Europe, where she is responsible for driving both operational execution and continuous improvement topics, focusing on business delivery and service enhancement. Her recent focus has been on unleashing the potential of the Customer Service function through the use of RPA and 'back-to-basics' approach to SAP usage, with an eye on End-to-End Supply Chain stakeholder interaction such as Commercial / Planning, and a vision of a segmented approach to Customer Service
