Melanie is Director of Supply Chain Research at boom! Global Network, a global community connecting hundreds of female supply chain professionals worldwide. Melanie has worked in supply chain for over twenty years, living and working in Europe, Africa, and North America. Now based in the UK, Melanie’s role combines her passion for supply chain management and for gender equality, researching strategies to improve diversity in the sector and working to support boom! members around the world.
