Stephanie is Founder & Chief Transformation Officer at Agora Leadership. She is currently based in Paris, France working with teams around the world to develop positive and resilient business cultures based in sustainability, performance and growth using Emotional Intelligence. Stephanie has an extensive global career in Supply Chain and Purchasing through leadership positions at Ford Motor Company and Henkel. Stephanie has designed and implemented change management programs that became the backbone of Global Customer Excellence Strategies. For the past 3 years, she has served as a board member of Logichem and continues to serve today. Stephanie is an advocate in the Industry for Diversity and Inclusion.
