Interviewer: You were saying to me just before we started that you've got a very unique category in the supply chain world, and certainly have huge experience in the world of risk management. Perhaps you could tell us a bit more...
Jan: We build a niche product, tank containers for hazardous cargo, compared to box containers. That is a niche market. You always put hazardous cargo in tank containers, and therefore we take a lot of attention to building safe equipment because this equipment carries risk.

Interviewer: So what kind of risks are you regularly finding yourselves up against?
Jan: There are categories of the risk, if you transport hazardous cargo. Flammable, toxic, explosives, and all these kind of things.

Interviewer: And what approaches are you seeing your customers then taking to managing risk and how is your product fitting in with that?
Jan: The customers want safe products and there are a lot of regulations – international, national and European legislation – which you have to fulfil, and therefore the customers and we are sure that we put in safe equipment in the market.

Interviewer: Now, you're going to be heading up one of our roundtable sessions quite shortly in fact. Perhaps if you could tell us a little bit more about what you're going to be talking about and discussing.
Jan: We think that the hazardous cargo is very safe handled on site and it's very safe handled when it arrived at point B. So between point A and B, there could be risks because the equipment is safe but how do you monitor your hazardous cargo? And I think there is room for improvements. And we would like to inform the market what already is available.
